Long wait times and crowded food truck environments diminish the dining experience for customers.
The goal:
A mobile app that allows users to order ahead, enabling them to skip the lines and enjoy their favorite food truck dishes more conveniently.

In order to understand the problem, and the users needs I conducted in person interviews with 10 customers and 2 food truck owners.Focused on experiences, frustrations, and desired features from both perspectives.

Dine-In Option Unnecessary: The "Dine-In" option isn't needed, as it only applies to customers who visit the food truck directly.

Pick-Up Enhancement: Add a feature for customers to choose their preferred eating location when selecting pick-up, improving convenience.

​Clearer User Flow: Eliminating unnecessary options like dine-in will make the user interface cleaner and navigation faster.
